Character Introductions from produced screenplays
A character introduction is the first mentioning of a character in the script. Along with his/her name (in capital letters) and often the age you have the rare opportunity to make one or two remarks that are not necessarily visual. The character introduction offers the first impression of the character to the reader and while the person will develop during the script first impressions are important.
